How To Install Chromium Browser In Backtrack

Chromium browser is an Google Chrome version of Linux operating system.
In backtrack Distribution the chromium browser will be installed, but the problem is we cannot use the Chromium browser. It is because it root does not has the previllages to use that application.

To install chromium browser here is the following command:
apt-get install chromium-browser
After installing the chromium browser, you must change the previllages of the application.
To change the previllages of the application you must navigate the following location.
cd /usr/lib/chromium-browser
Now change the hex values  with the help of hex editor, type the following command to change the application previllages.
hexedit chromium-browser
Now find geteuid  and replace it with getppid.

That's it!!!
